Is Baxter really trying to imply, that if a congressman voted against
a FEMA funding act (for example, if they did not like it being spent
for housing large numbers of uncontrolled immigrants)
that they should not object when it is with held, or delayed, from
their states after an EMERGENCY hits?

That's the lie. FEMA money is not being diverted to immigrants.

That's another lie. FEMA was there preparing BEFORE the storm hit, and
moved in as soon as aid was requested.

So Baxter denies it. Tries to claim that it is not "Emergency funds"
being diverted, but are planned funds being spent.

Hey you fool, the title of the agency is "Federal Emergency Management
Agency"! But you want to claim these are not "emergency funds'!

The Biden Administration has vociferously denied these claims, but it
appears they’re playing a semantics game. Republican Congressman Dan
Newhouse from Washington’s 4th congressional district said FEMA does, in
fact, fund illegal immigrants.

“It’s something called the Shelter and Services Program, the SSP, that
is part of the administration,” Newhouse told “The Jason Rantz Show” on
KTTH Monday. “They put this thing together, and they give upwards of
$9,000 to immigrants when they come to this country, supposedly to help
those communities that are feeling the rush of all these numbers of
people coming in.”
